Because most of our patients have a hearing problem, a detailed audiogram is performed by a certified audiologist before you are seen by Dr. Farrior. If you have had hearing tests and other examinations performed in the past, please bring them with you; it may not be necessary to duplicate these studies. After your examination, Dr. Farrior will answer any questions you may have and prepare a detailed report. For the initial office consultation, please allow at least two hours; subsequent visits usually require less time. If special tests are needed, these are usually performed at another time.

To expedite your care, please complete all forms and questionnaires and return them to us prior to your office visit. If you or your family have questions about your surgery or treatment, please write your questions down and we will be happy to answer them on your next office visit. We always welcome any comments or suggestions that would help us make your office visit or surgery more pleasant.

Physician consultations are by appointment only. For an appointment, please phone Tampa, (813) 879-0810. Normal office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Special tests are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need to change your office visit or surgery date, please give us reasonable notice so another patient may have your appointment. Occasionally, we may need to reschedule your appointment or surgery, and we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation when this occurs.
